I have over 16 years experience of working with children, including working as Primary School Teacher, and managing the Early Years, and 2 years working with children with Autism. I qualified as a Forest School Leader in 2012 which has allowed me to combine my two interests of working with children and being in nature.
I am a qualified first aider and hold a Masters in Psychology. My passion lies in inspiring and nurturing children to be compassionate, and have the confidence and insight to be themselves.
Laura
I am a qualified Early Year’s Teacher with 15 year’s experience working with children from 3-6. I am also trained in safe guarding children and a qualified Beach School Leader.
I believe the woodland provides the perfect space to ignite children’s curiosity and imagination, whilst supporting them to develop life-long skills such as confidence, resilience, team-work and problem solving.

With a love of nature, making and adventuring and over 10 years experience of working with children, I am in my element exploring the forest, as well as doing fire and tool work with our little foresters. I am currently working towards my level 3 forest school qualification.
SAMMY
I have been working with children for over a decade, in nursery settings and also as a Nanny.
I have a BTEC National Diploma in Early Years and I am in the process of completing my Forrest School Leadership training.
I have always had a love for the outdoors; coastal walks and bird watching are some of my favourite things to do. Working at little tree has given me an amazing opportunity to combine my love of nature and my experience with working with children. I have a strong belief that the nature is the best classroom, it helps children to become resilient, develop a strong connection to the natural world and to love and protect the planet where they live.
